Arthroscopic surgery is a common orthopedic procedure that is used in the diagnosis and treatment of problems inside a joint. Arthroscopic surgery could potentially be performed on any joint, and as time passes, more and more different joints are being arthroscopically treated. Lot of advanced procedures are being carried out using Arthroscopic techniques. The skill level & Precision required for these surgeries is far more higher than open surgeries and therefore is guidance from an expert with a short duration fellowship is a the demand of today.
The duration of clinical rotation is 4 weeks. It is fully practice based, with learning on models and real patients. Student will be given opportunity to observe, assist based on the capability of the student and permission of the patient. You will receive the course certificate from the teaching hospital. The certificate issued on successful completion of the clinical rotation is not a registrable qualification.
