Quexst Healthcare offers a short duration fellowship in GI & Minimally Invasive. Laparoscopy is performed when these tests like MRI, CT Scan don’t provide enough information or insight for a diagnosis. It is used to diagnose problems of Gastro-intestinal Diseases & Minimal Access Surgery. The procedure may also be used to take a biopsy, or sample of tissue, from a particular organ in the abdomen. Understanding multiple ways in which this technique can be used can be achieved by working with experts and gaining experience with patients and the expert.
