Another classification is Septic Arthritis due to inflammatory disorder which may occur due to after injury or surgery (from implants requiring re-suturing or retransplant of the implant . To diagnose such cases positive culture report indicates diagnosis and they are followed for up to 90 days of the surgery. Noninfective Normal synovial fluid is collected in sterile container and appearance is Clear , viscous , leukocyte count <2000 /mm3
IF these cases are not treated properly they can lead to Inflammatory arthropathy of joint >1 , in such cases pain it will affect passive range of motion, deformity(varus or valgus formation ),joint instability, periarticular muscle weakness.

For arthritis caused due to noninfective causes like Ankylosing spondylitis is a form of spinal inflammation of the joints, chiefly affecting young males, that eventually causes ankylosis of vertebral and sacroiliac joints. Laboratory investigation for HLA -B27 (Human leukocyte antigen) B -27 needed for confirmation.
