Our testing services include data capture from daily functions of test management including planning, monitoring and control of resources. Our test management includes building of the test Strategy, test Plans, operations, change control and configuration management.

Test Process improvement services: We have three phased approach towards test Process Improvement service.

 
 
Phase I :
Set-up process includes study, understanding and analysis of the existing practice and the application followed by development of the test plan. This also includes coaching the team on how to create test scenarios and write test cases, identify test data and use of tools.
Phase II :
Test Specification includes development of test cases and test data.
Phase III :
Includes test execution generating defect reports, conducting defect verification, and regression testing and defect analysis.
