  Software testing is an organized process of identifying discrepancies, between the actual and the expected results, in order to increase the quality and reliability of a system.

Our formal approach to testing ensures that maximum numbers of defects are arrested before release to the customer. Our established concurrent testing method helps the development companies test the software during the Software Development Life Cycle. Our formal methods of testing and peer reviews ensure consistency and adequacy of test case design. We are ruthless testers!! We have modified the Testing Life Cycle, to ensure "Good Delivery & Best Practice" in our services.

At Quexst, we ensure that our team of testers understands the software requirements as per the customer's requirements, as inputs are taken from the customer and the customer approves the requirement specification report before starting on the assignment. The testing methodologies, deliverables and acceptance criteria are then decided as the scope of the testing project. The test plan and case designing also includes risk management and resource, staff management. Once the tests are executed and the defects are identified and recorded, they are simulated, tracked and verified. The quality measurement data are created and analyzed based on the customer's requirement.

 
 


Quexst has been engaged in testing assignments in many ways viz.

  1. Associating in a client testing project, by way of "Professional Services" or "Staff Augmentation". Here the Quexst role is mainly to assess the project requirements from Technical Resource perspective and service the need for quality testing professionals. The project management responsibility as well as managing the resource schedule and capabilities, rests with the client.
  2. Conducting a testing project at client site wherein the entire project team comes from Quexst. (It is possible that the client has secured to get a "Managed Testing Project" from the end-client.)The client provides all support in terms of infrastructure (technical and otherwise). Client allocates a SPoC from their side, who helps in co-ordination with the end-client. Project Management ownership is with Quexst.
  3. Executing a Testing project within internal Testing Center, at Quexst offices. Here the entire responsibility is borne by Quexst, which includes human resources, technical infrastructure as well as responsibility of delivering the project as per client expectations.
