Many times, the client wishes that the testing activity be outsourced completely. This would imply that the client will only engage an SPoC who will interface with Quexst but neither any infrastructure nor any other technical resources be allocated by the client.

Outsourced projects can be executed either at client site or within Quexst premises.

Outsourcing of a testing assignment need not always mean that the application/ product source code needs to be parted with, by the client. Quexst has executed testing assignments, wherein the Quexst team members can directly logon to client's server where the application is installed. This way, client source code security is satisfactorily maintained.

The first stage in a managed testing assignment is for Quexst to obtain an understanding on client requirements. Thereafter Quexst proposal team will study the requirement and get queries answered from the client. A detailed effort estimation exercise is carried out, before a proposal is prepared and submitted to the client. Once the client provides a "go-ahead" Quexst commences the work.

Quexst undertakes such managed testing assignments either at the client site or in Quexst facilities. Both options are made available to the client and depending upon the client needs, one of the options is chosen for the testing assignment.
